Six days before my year 12 English exam, studying with the radio on and this came on the radio – seems like yesterday but it was in fact, 1979!
One of the things that grabbed my attention was just how different this song was to anything else that was being played at the time. Synthesiser very prominent, voice track very different!
It has been a favourite ever since and I am pleased to say, video hasn’t killed radio.
